Driving business after lockdown

Life post lockdown presents an opportunity for business change. Here at Farrow Creative we have been helping businesses plan for this.

Online florists saw sales rocketing 160% last year as people turned to flowers to gift their loved ones so you can imagine our joy at jumping on this band wagon for one of our much loved and long standing clients of ten years.

We delivered a new website for florist, The Blacksmiths Daughter. They had a strong brand identity which Farrow Creative designed previously and a popular charismatic shop but no on-line offering. Over the first lockdown this was nearly catastrophic for their business and so we suggested establishing a new design style for an innovative, responsive and interactive e-commerce site.

We planned and prioritised the products that would drive the most sales and would deliver an exceptional user experience. New photography was provided to connect with the personality of the owner who is a real Blacksmiths daughter and master florist.
