When I was 10 my teacher told my parents the only thing I’d be good at was sewing. This was news to me…I hated sewing and I was truly terrible at it.
I loved drawing and would spend hours with a sketch book drawing anything I saw. I once made my dad stop the car in the road on the A3 and pick up a mummified dead fox so I could draw it.
So I drew and I drew and then before I knew it I was at art college with a huge portfolio of my best work.
Running a businesses is a bit like deciding every day that despite everything you are going to push on, you have to believe you are good at what you do or no one else will.
