We were delighted when The Petersfield School asked us to update their logo, to reflect more closely to the school it’s become over the past five years, and intends to be in the future. In 2014, Ofsted graded the school ‘Outstanding’ across key areas including quality of teaching, student achievement, ‘Leadership & Management’ and ‘Behaviour and Safety’: in its Parent View survey, TPS achieved the highest rating of any school in the region.

That sense of evolution informed our design process. Rather than come up with something entirely new, we developed the existing ‘rose’ logo, giving it a more modern, clean, clear and professional look and feel.

TPS also asked us to design new signage for use in all parts of its Petersfield campus. We selected classic typefaces on the basis of their clarity and longevity. Combined with the new logo, and our vibrant, modern colour scheme, they’re bright, contemporary and inviting – just like the school itself.
